Cats should be dropped off between 7-7:45 AM.
Dogs should be dropped off between 8-8:45 AM.

For pick-up, you will receive a text message alerting you when your pet is through surgery and nearly ready to be returned. This is generally in the early afternoon. All pets must be picked up by 5 PM.

Cats should arrive in their own carrier and the carrier should be in good condition.
Dogs should arrive with a sturdy collar/harness and leash.
If your animal already has an up-to-date rabies vaccine, please either bring the physical paper record or an electronic copy you can show on your phone. (A dog tag does not count as proof.)
We accept cash and card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) as forms of payment. We do NOT accept Care Credit.
No, the base package price does not reduce if a service isn’t needed.

We are able to offer lower rates by subsidizing many of our costs via non-profit discounts and through the use of grant funds. We then pass these savings along to you! Our medical staff has many years of experience in the spay/neuter field and a passion for helping those in need.
Yes! It is a national standard to tattoo all cats and dogs that are spayed or neutered at a high quality, high volume, spay/neuter clinic. Your pet will have a shaved area on their belly with a teal green tattoo just below their umbilicus. They will have a dab of surgical glue on the tattoo and it will heal quickly. (The only exception to this is male dogs, who will have a tattoo next to their scrotum.)
